André Galvão is one of the most decorated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors in history, with 6 IBJJF World Championship titles and 3 ADCC gold medals. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Galvão began training as a child and rose to become one of the sport's most dominant figures.
In 2008, he founded ATOS Jiu-Jitsu in San Diego, which has become one of the world's premier competition teams, producing champions like Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida, Keenan Cornelius, and numerous IBJJF and ADCC medalists.
